The Mrs. Idaho America Pageant is the official state preliminary to the national Mrs. America Pageant now celebrating its 37th Anniversary. The 2013 Mrs Idaho America pageant was held October 13, 2012 at Kuna High School Auditorium in Kuna, Idaho. This event featured 21 of Idaho’s most beautiful and accomplished married women from across the state.
The third time really was the charm for Kaley Sparling, Mrs Ada County. After placing as 1st runner-up in the 2011 and 2012 pageant, she was crowned Mrs Idaho America 2013. Kaley won an all expense paid trip to the national competition and a prize package worth over $10,000. Next August, Kaley will join 50 other state winners at to compete in the Mrs America Pageant at Lowes Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson Arizona.
QUEEN'S COURT – Kaley’s court included 1st runner-up Misty Kesler, Mrs Bonneville County, 2nd runner-up Amanda Dastrup, Mrs Twin Falls, 3rd runner up Randi Ritchie, Mrs Central Valley and 4th runner-up Angelina Mettille, Mrs Boise. Rounding out the Top Ten – Camille Gilbert, Mrs Pocatello; Ellen Austin, Mrs Minidoka County; Chanthy Birch, Mrs Caldwell and Heather Quisel, Mrs Capital City & Christy Stansell, Mrs. Canyon County.
The Mrs. Idaho America pageant attracts married woman with a wide range of professional credentials. Participants are stay-at-home moms, teachers, real estate professionals, doctors and much more. Eighty percent of the ladies who enter are first-time participants. Contestants have ranged in age from 18-62. You are never to young or old to follow your dreams! We are looking for ladies that are beautiful and healthy inside and out.
Our goal is to run a fair and honest quality pageant while providing a nurturing atmosphere to all of its participants. You will have a great experience and meet new friends that will last a lifetime. You will share your love of marriage, family and community service. You can do the pageant for the excitement, self-confidence, the incentive to get in shape, and to learn more about yourself.
Whatever your reason enter the pageant, you deserve it! Contestants are treated royally from the start of pageant weekend to the crowning of the new Mrs. Idaho America. The Mrs. Idaho America pageant staff is here to help you learn and grow from this once in a lifetime experience.
