Sher Finke became involved in pageants in 1989 when her oldest daughter Mandi received an invitation to compete. Since that time she and her husband Mike have coached their daughters to win eight state & local titles and one national title. Mike & Sher served as Directors for Idaho & Utah National Teen-Ager Scholarship programs for seven years. Sher was selected as Idaho Sweetheart Mother of the Year in '96 and 98, Mrs. Treasure Valley 2005 and placed in the Top Five at the 2005 Mrs. Idaho America pageant. After enjoying three distinct and interesting careers as a Mary Kay Sales Director, Plastic Surgeons Assistant and Assistant Director at the Nampa Civic Center, Sher retired in February 2006 "in the pursuit of happiness". That pursuit includes traveling, especially outside the US, playing the piano, spoiling her grandchildren and working to achieve the perfect tan. Sher & Mike have been married for 25 years and reside in Meridian.
Susan has been involved with pageants for over 20 years as a contestant, coach, judge, choreographer, stage manager and hostess. Susan served as the choreographer for the Idaho & Utah National Teen-ager scholarship programs for 7 years, Miss & Teen Idaho USA for 3 years and has been the choreographer for the Mrs. Idaho America pageant for 7 years. She was Miss Idaho Jr. National Teen-ager in '93, Miss Idaho Teen USA '96 and Miss Ada County in '99 which lead her to compete in the Miss Idaho America program. Susan is the Co-Director of the Mrs. Idaho America Pageant. Susan and her husband of ten years, Paul Marler are both native Idahoans. They reside in Nampa with their son Matthew, daughter Megan. In her free time she enjoys entertaining, volunteering, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.
Mike was enjoying a life of FFA, Boy Scouts, autocross and road rallies when he was drafted into the world of pageantry. He brought home the first pageant application and suggested his shy daughter give it a try. Since that time, he and Sher have coached their daughters to win eight state & local titles and one national title, paying for their college educations. Mike is a vital member of the Mrs Idaho America pageant team, creating all of the slide shows, stage décor and is the go-to guy for great ideas. In addition to directing the Idaho & Utah National Teen-Ager program and assisting with Mrs Idaho America, Mike has been on the preferred judges list for many different pageant systems. Mike enjoyed a successful career in Agriculture building his company to the 3rd largest forage seed production company in the world. He and Sher enjoyed traveling around the world as he produced seed in 5 different countries. He developed planting systems and techniques for seed multiplication and new varieties of seed with new resistances. Mike is retired but still enjoys traveling to Chile as a consultant and educator. Leisure activities include tournament bass fishing, maintaining the best lawn in the neighborhood, winning best decorated house each holiday season. Cheering on the BSU Broncos and baking custom cakes for his grandchildren’s birthdays.
Amanda was honored to hold the title of Mrs. Idaho America 2003. She enjoyed her experience at the nationally televised Mrs. America Pageant in Honolulu, Hawaii very much. In 2006 Amanda became the Executive Director for the Mrs. Idaho America Pageant. Amanda is a graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing. Amanda is employed as the Manager of Alliance Mortgage Capital in Boise, Idaho. At the age of 14 Amanda entered the Miss Idaho National Teen-Ager pageant and since then has been a title holder, director, contestant, coach, judge, and Mistress of Ceremonies. As a native Idahoan Amanda has been privilege to hold the titles of Miss Idaho Jr. National Teen-Ager, Miss Idaho Teen of The Nation, Miss Idaho American Coed, and the national Miss American Co-Ed title, Mrs. Treasure Valley, and finally her most favorite title of Mrs. Idaho America. Amanda paid for her college education because of her participation in pageantry and feels that pageantry was a great opportunity to broaden her horizon's. Amanda has a beautiful daughter named Alyson and a busy little boy named Blake. Amanda and her family resides in Meridian with their teacup poodle Molly. In the families free time they enjoy volunteering for many local charities, camping, snow skiing, golfing, bike rides, gardening, and trips to the drive-in movies.
Over the past 13 years Carmen has witnessed so many women grow from their experience with pageants which is why she continues to be actively involved with pageants. She has been a title holder, choreographer, judge, and board of director. Since giving up her title as Miss Idaho National Teenager 1996, she began choreographing pageants with Susan Marler. Together they have choreographed the Miss Idaho and Miss Utah National Teenager pageant, the Miss Idaho USA and Miss Idaho Teen USA pageant, and the Mrs. Idaho America pageant. Carmen also modeled for Barbizon and Ja-Jon Modeling Agency's. She graduated from Boise State University in 2000 with her Bachelors in Business Administration, and a double major in General Business Management and Human Resource Management. She is employed as the Regional Education Manager for Maly's West, a distributor of professional beauty supplies in the Northwest. She has been married to the love of her life for 9 years and together they have a beautiful 3 year old daughter Taylor. She loves to fish, camp, paint, shop, and watch movies however she's happiest when she's spending time with her family and friends.
Teresa received her degree in early childhood education from FSCC/Tacoma WA, a degree in Theatre Arts from Boise State University and received her certification in Swedish Massage Therapy from the Idaho School of Massage Therapy. Teresa has extensive experience in directing and as stage manager. Her list of credits includes How The Other Half Loves, Hamlet Cha Cha Cha, and Charlie's Aunt. In addition to all her other accomplishments, Teresa is an extremely talented actress having appearing in Robin Hood, Flowers for Algernon, School For Scandal, Showboat, Arsenic & Old Lace, Odd Couple Female Version and her favorite role as Big Mama in Cat On A Hot Tin Roof. Her Directing credits include: Exit The Body, The Littlest Angel, King Zing, The Other Side and Beyond.
Lisa Soito Lisa was born and raised in Idaho along with her two sisters. She is the proud Aunt to four nephews and three nieces. She is a 1997 graduate of Nampa High School. She was introduced to pageants thru her friendship with Susan. Lisa was the Dressing Room Coordinator for the Idaho National Teenager and Utah National Teenager for five years. In her free time, Lisa enjoys rock-crawling and shooting with her husband, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Beverly is the mother of 4 children (Shea, Dilan, Ashley and Zachary). After reuniting 24 years later with her high school crush, she married Greg and has been happily married since 2009 and resides in Meridian. Together, they have Corgi pups named Turks & Caicos named after the Caribbean Island in which they were married. She has worked in the dental field for 25 years and enjoys helping to create beautiful smiles as well as sharing hers with those she interacts with. Beverly's 4th time competing was a charm and as Mrs. Idaho America 2012, she actively shared this message statewide. With the slogan “just DONT” meaning “Drive On No Texting,” Beverly manages a growing face book page that promotes this message. Beverly was thrilled for the opportunity to represent Idaho at Mrs. America in August 2012 in Tucson, Arizona. Beverly enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, working out, waterskiing and gardening. Beverly is honored to have represented the married women of Idaho as Mrs. Idaho America 2012 and loved every part of her journey!
Kelsey LaRoche is brand new to the pageant world and loving every minute of it. She first became involved in January 2014 and has the awesome job of posting pictures on social media. Kelsey is engaged to her fiancee, Cyrus, and will be a married woman herself during the next Mrs. Idaho pageant. She graduated with Business degrees in Operations Management, Finance and Business Management from the University of Idaho in 2011. Immediately after graduation, she moved down to Boise and has worked at Micron Technology as a Product Engineering Planner ever since. She enjoys meeting new people and runs a monthly neighborhood book club. Her hobbies include cooking overly complicated recipes, watching reality television, and reading magazines. She loves to travel back home to Washington state for the holidays and enjoys relaxing on the Oregon coast.

Sal Cirrito has been designing websites and working in the tech industry for over 20 years. This website is his first time working in the Beauty Contest arena. The latest of his accomplishments is a joint venture with his wife of 10 years (Steph). Madeline Raine was born Mar 3rd, 2006 and joins a winning team that also includes Joseph who came along in Aug of 2000 as the new operations messer-upper. The whole Cirrito team relocated to the Boise area in '02 and enjoys organizing projects with the help of Home Depot. Some of the team's other favorites are picking-up Cheerios from Maddie's high-chair, asking Joey over & over & over to eat his veggies, & pre-bath time pillow fights when mom is not around. Don't let this organization's strict work ethic fool you into thinking that its all hard work. They have been known to spend way too much time eating out at their favorite restaurants and going on road trips to the Idaho's many natural wonders.
